How do I recover my Xin's Siege account?
If you linked your account to an email address or social login, use the in-game account recovery option. If you're still having trouble, contact us with your Player ID and we'll assist you.
I made a purchase but didn't receive the items. What should I do?
First, try restarting the game. If items still haven't arrived after 15 minutes, contact us with your Player ID, transaction ID, and the date of purchase. We respond within 2 business days.
Can I request a refund for an in-app purchase?
Refunds are handled through the platform you purchased through — Google Play or the Apple App Store. Contact their support directly for refund requests. For platform-specific issues, we're happy to provide purchase records.
How do I report a bug or issue in the game?
Use the support form below and select "Bug Report" as the issue type. Please include your device model, OS version, and a description of what happened. Screenshots or screen recordings are very helpful.
How do I report another player for cheating or harassment?
Use the in-game report function on the player's profile. You can also contact us directly with the player's name and a description of the behaviour. All reports are reviewed and taken seriously.
How do I delete my account and personal data?
Contact us at info@9389studios.com with your Player ID and a request for account deletion. We will process your request within 30 days in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Is Xin's Siege available on iOS and Android?
Xin's Siege is currently in development and will be available on both Android and iOS at launch. Follow our devlog to stay updated on the release schedule.
How do I find my Player ID?
Your Player ID can be found in the game's Settings menu under "Account". It's a unique number that helps our support team locate your account quickly — always include it when contacting us.
